ENGLISH READERS DAY

As you may all been noticing, I've been a little bit unfair to my english reading readers. But today, I'm going to give all my attention to you and tell how things are going and also a little bit about my two last Posts in portuguese about our trip to Mount Voras and to Sofia, Bulgaria.
Concerning to our trip to the snow(Mount Voras), I must say that it was absolutely amazing and breathtaking! I had never seen snow in my life until that occasion, so, as you can imagine for that reason, it's something to remember. But the trip had so much amazing and interesting things, that I would probably spent the whole night telling you how amazing it was in the Snow Resort, and doing Snowboard with my friends and just spend a wonderful time. Of course that in the beggining of the day, it was very hard, since the driver let us waiting for more than 40 minutes on the cold(we were supposed to leave at 7:30 a.m), and the journey by bus was to last 2:30 hours, but it took almost 4 to arrive there. But, and since we're in Greece, these are just details!
Me and Cristiano even met in Mount Voras, a Greek guy that had been a couple of months in Brazil, and spoke some portuguese with us! At the end of the day, we were tired, with our ass hurting badly, but still, we were happy, and that's the only thing that matters!
About Bulgaria, or Sofia more exactly, it was also quite amazing and surprising. Both on the good, and bad side. We were almost 48 hours without sleep, because of our late train trips, and also because we really didn't want to wake up in Sofia with only 1 kidney! Me, Cristiano and Dana were firsty on a train cabine with 3 bulgarian guys, that amazingly were nice to us and even offered us some food and gave us some laughs. But, and to earn their trust, we had to speak russian, and luckely, me and cristiano knew some because we're studying in our University for 2 years that language. After arriving there at 6:30 a.m, we went to the city center and we saw some wonderful buildings and also not so wonderful ones! The streets are dirty, and everyone seemed to be in a bad mood. That's the thing about Sofia, we really felt out of place. People recognized us as tourists, and they don't seem to like foreigners, and that's way they're so afraid to speak english, or they just don't know the language(although I doubt it...) When you try to look to the sky, and it was a very nice sunny day, you can only see electric strings and that's not pretty at all! The life cost in Bulgaria is very cheap, compared to Greece or Portugal, you get 2 Lev(national currency in Bulgaria) for 1 €. After buying some souvenirs, we walked to buy a bottle of water and ended up on the old part of Sofia, and let me say...it's the scariest thing I've ever seen! Strange people, weird looking and very untrustworthy, and we remembered that we've been told not to trust in anyone while in Sofia, and we stayed together all the time, because you can really feel the people staring at you. It's like an horror movie! Afterwards, I was almost arrested on the border, on the way back to Greece, because the policeman didn't believe that I am portuguese, and everytime they asked me if I was Iranian or something...that's the second time I've had problems at the border, and everytime the same thing...luckely I have Cristiano and he was all the time with me, and said for me to show my school card from ATEI and after seeing that, they just let me go.
These days, well, I've been having the best time ever!! Me and Cristiano went to Forest theater and discovered some really beautifil and hidden places in Saloniki, we went to play basket, and everytime getting more and more tanned!
So, to everyone that's been reading my blog, thanks a lot, and I know that I've not written in english for a while, but after spending the whole day speaking english, I get home craving for portuguese, and I love my language!
